Fledge is operated by Fleamily Inc. (d\u002Fb\u002Fa Fledge).\r\n\r\n## 1. Delete your account in the app\r\n\r\nOpen the Fledge app, go to Settings, select “Delete account” and follow the steps on the screen.\r\n\r\n## 2. Delete your account without the app\r\n\r\nWrite to support@fledge.love from the email address associated with your account with the subject line “Delete my account”. If you registered with a phone number, include it in the message. We may ask you to confirm the request to protect your account.\r\n\r\n## 3. What is deleted\r\n\r\n- your profile, photos, videos and prompts;\r\n- your answers to compatibility and personality questionnaires and the resulting scores and insights;\r\n- your preferences, likes, matches and settings;\r\n- your activity in Events: RSVPs, marks, blocks and the reports you submitted. Events you host that have not yet taken place are cancelled; Events you hosted that have already taken place remain in the history of their guests without your name or profile;\r\n- your photo verification data, as described in the Biometric Data Retention and Destruction Policy;\r\n- your messages, which stop being associated with an active profile.\r\n\r\n## 4. What we may keep\r\n\r\nWe keep limited information where we reasonably need it to comply with legal obligations, to prevent fraud and abuse (for example, records of bans and safety reports), to resolve disputes and to keep required transaction records. Retention periods are described in Sections 6 and 8 of the Privacy Policy. Copies in backups are overwritten on a rolling basis.\r\n\r\n## 5. Timing\r\n\r\nWe process deletion requests within 30 days. Your profile stops being shown to other users as soon as the request is processed.\r\n\r\n## 6. Subscriptions\r\n\r\nDeleting your account does not cancel a subscription purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Cancel it in your App Store or Google Play account settings before deleting your account.\r\n\r\n## 7. Deleting some data without deleting your account\r\n\r\nYou can remove photos, profile fields and other content in the app at any time.
