Child Safety Standards

Date of publication: October 14, 2026

Fledge, operated by Fleamily Inc. (d/b/a Fledge), is a service for adults only. We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (“CSAE”) and child sexual abuse material (“CSAM”). These standards apply to all users and all content and form part of our Terms of Use (Section 7.5).

1. Adults only

You must be at least 18 years old to use Fledge. We do not knowingly permit anyone under 18 to register or use the Services. If we learn or have reason to believe that a user is under 18, we remove the account and its content. Only users aged 18 or over may host or attend in-person events listed in the Events section of Fledge, and no one under 18 may be brought to such an event.

2. Prohibited conduct

You must never use Fledge to:

  • produce, upload, send, request, store, share or link to CSAM or any content that sexualizes, exploits or endangers a minor, including AI-generated or altered content;
  • groom, entice or engage in any sexual communication with a person you know or should know is a minor;
  • engage in or facilitate sextortion, child sexual abuse, child trafficking or the commercial sexual exploitation of a minor;
  • arrange or attempt to arrange a meeting with a minor for sexual or exploitative purposes;
  • promote, normalize or express a sexual interest in minors.

3. Prevention and detection

We use measures reasonably designed to prevent, detect and address CSAE and CSAM, which may include age-assurance signals (including age-category signals from app stores where available), automated detection tools, human review of reported and detected content, and removal of violating content and accounts.

4. Reporting

You can report a profile, message or content that may involve a minor or CSAE through the “Report” function in the app. We treat such reports as a priority. If you believe a child is in immediate danger, contact local law enforcement or emergency services first.

5. Child-safety point of contact

Our designated point of contact for child-safety matters, including inquiries from law enforcement and child-safety organizations, is: support@fledge.love.

6. Reporting to authorities

We report apparent CSAM and CSAE to the U.S. National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) through its CyberTipline in accordance with 18 U.S.C. § 2258A, preserve related content and records as required by law, and cooperate with law enforcement and other competent authorities.

7. Enforcement

Any violation of these standards results in immediate removal of the content and termination of the account without prior notice. We may permanently ban the person responsible and take technical measures to prevent the creation of new accounts.

8. Compliance

These standards are intended to comply with applicable child-protection laws and with the child-safety requirements of the Apple App Store and Google Play. Where a law or store requirement is stricter, the stricter standard applies.
