Intimate Image Removal Policy

Fleamily Inc. (d/b/a Fledge) (“Fledge”, “we”) does not allow intimate images or videos of an identifiable person to be shared on Fledge without that person’s consent. This includes AI-generated or altered images (“deepfakes”). This Policy explains how to ask us to remove such content.
1. Who can make a request
The person shown in the image or video, or someone authorized to act on that person’s behalf. You do not need a Fledge account.
2. How to make a request
- In the app: use the “Report” function on the profile or in the chat and choose “Intimate image shared without consent”.
- By email: write to legal@fledge.love with the subject line “Intimate Image Removal Request”.
3. What to include
- your physical or electronic signature (typing your full name is sufficient);
- a description of the image or video and information that allows us to find it (for example, the profile name, a link or a screenshot of the chat);
- a brief statement that you have a good-faith belief that the image or video was shared without your consent; and
- contact details at which we can reach you.
4. What we do
We remove the content as soon as possible and in any event within 48 hours after receiving a valid request, and we make reasonable efforts to find and remove known identical copies. We may restrict or close the account that shared the content. We will tell you when the content has been removed.
5. Persons under 18
If the image or video shows a person under 18, we treat it as child sexual abuse material: we remove it, report it to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and may contact law enforcement. See our Child Safety Standards.
6. Misuse
Do not submit false requests. We may disregard requests that are clearly unfounded.
7. Other help
If you are in immediate danger, contact local emergency services. Support for victims of non-consensual intimate imagery is available from the Cyber Civil Rights Initiative (cybercivilrights.org).
