Your Privacy Choices

This page explains the choices you have about how Fleamily Inc. (d/b/a Fledge) uses and discloses your personal information under U.S. state privacy laws, including your right to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information and of targeted advertising. It supplements our Privacy Policy.

1. Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

We do not sell your personal information for money. We use advertising and analytics cookies and similar technologies on our website and, where applicable, in the app. Under some state laws this may be treated as a “sale”, as “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising or as targeted advertising. You can opt out in any of the following ways:

  • Website: open “Consent Preferences” on fledge.love and switch off advertisement cookies.
  • App: go to Settings and select “Your Privacy Choices” [confirm menu path].
  • Browser signal: enable an opt-out preference signal such as Global Privacy Control. We treat a recognized signal as a valid opt-out request for that browser or device.
  • Email: write to legal@fledge.love with the subject line “Do Not Sell or Share” from the email address associated with your account.

2. Sensitive personal information

We use sensitive personal information (such as sexual orientation, precise location and compatibility assessment results) only to provide the Services you request, to keep the Services safe and to comply with the law. We do not use or disclose it for purposes that would require a separate right to limit.

3. Other privacy rights

Depending on your state of residence, you may also have the right to access, correct, delete and obtain a copy of your personal information and to appeal our decision on your request. 4. Authorized agents

You may use an authorized agent to submit a request. We may ask for proof of the agent’s authority and may ask you to verify your identity directly with us.

5. No discrimination

We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.
